Mr. Cho, ACC President expressed his deep condolence to all the victims of the devastating earthquake that ruined the North Eastern Part of Japan, saying, � I was shocked to learn that such earthquake and tsunami struck Japan, and is still deadly threatening Japan. As JCF has been playing an important role in cycling development in Asia and the world, I am certain that the Asian cycling family will stand together with it to overcome its national calamity.�
In his letter sent to Mr. Iwadate, President of JCF on 15thMarch 2011, Mr. Cho hoped that, even though cycling sport in Japan could be much suffering from the tragedy, it would not lose hope and courage for the future under its worst national disaster ever.
Mr. Cho also promised that he would transmit a small contribution of money from his true heart to JCF soon as a token of his small but earnest comfort towards the victims of the national disaster.
