UCI National Elite Commissaire course commenced

For the first time in Iran, a National Elite Commissaire course is being conducted by a Canadian UCI Commissaire. The event is scheduled to be held 9 to 12 Feb in Road discipline.

Mr. Wayne Pomario from Canada is the UCI Commisssaire appointed by the UCI to conduct this event I Iran, in which more than 20 Iranian commissaires and two commissaires from Sri Lanka and Indonesia will participate.

This is while another candidate from Sri Lanka and two candidates from Syria cancelled their participation in the last minute due to personal problems and one commissaire from Uzbekistan couldn't find flights.

Cycling Federation of Iran made this an open event to all Asian federations in order to give them all the opportunity to improve their knowledge level in Road judgment.

UCI National Elite Commissaire coure is the prerequisite for those who seek becoming UCI International Commissaire. 

Pomario the experienced UCI Commissaire will also hold a Track National Commissaire course right after the Road course. This course will only be for the local commissaires aiming to boost Track skills of Iranian commissaires. This course will also be held in 4 days.
