1. The �2016 UCI Level-1 Coaching Course (Track & Road)� will be organized under the financial support of the UCI NFDF from 19th-26thJune, 2016 at New Delhi, India in collaboration with UCI, ACC & IND as follows:
1) Course Name: 밫he 2016 UCI Level-1 Coaching Course (Track & Road)� at New Delhi, India;
2) Purpose of the Course: To assist NFs in improving the skills, techniques, knowledge and experiences of the National Track & Road Cycling Coaches on the basis of the application of the UCI Regulations in Track and Road Cycling;
3) Course Period: 19th-26thJune, 2016 (10 days including Arrival and Departure Day).The trainees shall arrive at New Delhi on 18thJune 2016, just one (1) day before the starting day (19th) of the Course, and leave from New Delhi on 27thJune, 2016 at latest. (Accommodation, Meals & Local Transportation will be paid/provided by the UCI NFDF Fund only for this period);
4) Place of the Course: New Delhi Indoor Velodrome at New Delhi, India;
5) Numbers of the Trainee Coaches Invited: 25 Men and/or Women National coaches as a maximum (10 from India, but only one (1) each from Bahrain, Bangladesh, Nepal,Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Iran, Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong China, Singapore, Chinese Taipei & Uzbekistan. (In case that there is any vacancy to the non-India coaches originally invited from Non-India NF as above, his /their replacement(s) might be invited to attend the Course from any other foreign NF or India, instead till the numbers of the invitee coaches reach 25 or so.)
6) Name of the Accommodation Hotel: To be known in due time by IND;
7) The Course will be conducted in English by a UCI-appointed Instructor. The coaches shall speak and understand English fluently, and shall be the license holders for their National Track &/or Road Coach issued by their own NF. The age eligible for the Course shall be No Older Than 50 years at the time of their applications.
2. The Trainee Coach뭩 expenses including his (her) round-trip air-tickets, accommodation/meals and local transportation for/during the Course will be paid/supported under the UCI National Federation Development Fund (NFDF).
3. The Organizing NF (IND) shall be responsible for its practice, execution &
Operation including Administrative Support, Registration of the Trainees
(Application Forms), Cost Payments, Travel Arrangement (Air Tickets, Entry Visa,
Transportation, etc.) and also Submission of its After-Action Report to ACC within
10 days after the completion of the Course (No Later Than 8thJuly, 2016).

5. Please be advised that the enclosed 밃pplication Form� shall be deposited to the office of the Secretary General, ACC (acccycling@yahoo.co.kr) with a copy addressed to Cycling Federation of India (cyclingfederationofindia@gmail.com) NO Later Than 15th May, 2016 (Monday) under the penalty of inadmissibility.
