밫he 2014 UCI BMX Coaching Course� is going to be organized under a NFDF from 16th to 23rdNov, 2014 in Thailand in collaboration with UCI, ACC & THA as follows:
1) Purpose: To assist NFs in improving the skills, technique, knowledge and experiences of their National BMX Coaches on the basis of the application of the UCI Regulations in BMX Races;
2) Period: 16th-23rdNov, 2014 (8 days including arrival and departure date); The trainees shall arrive at Thailand on 16th Nov 2014, one (1) day before the start of the Course, and leave from Thailand on 23rdNov, 2014 at the latest.
3) Place: Phra Butthabat Track, Phra Butthabat District, Saraburi Province,
Thailand;
4) No. of Trainee Coaches: All 13 National BMX Coaches (4 from THA, but only one each from HKG, INA, JPN, KOR, MAL, MYN, SIN, SRI, and IRI); The lists of the trainee coaches are as shown below;
6) Accommodation: To be determined by THA;
7) The Course will be conducted in English by a UCI-appointed Instructor. The
coaches shall speak and understand English in relatively fluent manner, and shall be the license holders for the National Coach issued by their own NF. The age eligible for it shall be younger than 51 years.
2. All the expenses including their air tickets, accommodation/meals and local transportation for/during the Course will be provided under the NFDF.
3. THA, the Organizer of the Course shall be responsible for its practice /execution and operation including administration/registration of the Trainees, receipt of the Application Forms, budget spending, travel arrangement (visa, etc) and submission of its After-Action Report to ACC within 10 days after the completion of the course (before 6thDec, 2014).
