This is to notify that the 2010 ACC Congress and ACC Management Committee Meeting will take place as follows:
1. ACC Congress:
Date: 13th April (Tuesday), 2010 Time: 10:00 hrs (10 a.m.)
Place: Al Jawhara 1- First Floor, Millennium Hotel, Sharjah
2. ACC Management Committee Meeting:
Date: 12th April (Monday), 2010 Time: 15:00 hrs (3 p.m.)
Place: Boardroom2- Lobby Level, Millennium Hotel, Sharjah
* As a maximum, three (3) Delegates from a Nation are entitled to attend the Congress.
* Please return your Notification Form enclosed herewith to both of the Office of Secretary
General of ACC and Office of Technical Manager(Mr. Faci Mustapha Allal) of UAE Cycling
Federation by either fax or e-mail address below No Later than 8th March, 2010.
This is required to help your Delegations to arrange their Accommodation (Hotel room
reservations). For your information, the 2010 Asian Cycling Championships are to be held
from 8th to 17thApril, 2010 in Sharjah, UAE. In due time, the Congress Booklet including
the Agenda will be forwarded to you.
