The ACC뭩 South East Asian Coaching Course financed under the NFDF Project started in Bangkok on 1stSept with all 12 coaches from 7 National Cycling Federations (See the list of the participating coaches attached) in the SEA Region and Mr. Nick Yarworth (Great Britain), the Instructor appointed by the UCI.

On 29thSeptember, 2011, C.C.C. Shuzenji opened its new and state of art modern  250 meter Velodrome which was the 1st doomed 250 meter wooden Velodrome in Japan after 1 and half years� struggle for its construction.

Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) Election was conducted on 24th September, 2011 at Lahore, Pakistan in which Mr. Nouraiz Shakoor, Ex-President of Pakistan Cycling Federation and Mr. Khawaja Idrees Haider, Ex-Secretary General were replaced in the said elections by Mr. Munawar Baseer, New President and New Secretary General ( Mr. Syed Azhar Ali Shah) as of 25th September,2011 for a period of 4 years.

Suspension against Turkmenistan Cycling Federation was approved at the UCI Congress held on 23rdSeptember, 2011 for its long non-payment of the UCI/ACC affiliation fees due.
 
The recommendation of the suspension was made during the ACC Congress in February 2011 and also endorsed by the UCI Management Committee on 21stSeptember at Copenhagen just one day before the UCI Congress of 22ndSeptember.
 
The suspension as a member of the Continental Confederation entails the following measures:
-Non-participation in the ACC Congress;

Turkmenistan Cycling Federation (TCA) has paid all the arrears of the UCI/ACC Membership fees on 2ndDec, 2011.
 
As TCA has fulfilled its requirement for the lift of the suspension put against it at 2011 Copenhagen UCI Congress on 22ndSept, 2011, the suspension has been lifted as of 7th Dec 2011.
 
Thanking for its full payment of the arrears, Mr. Cho, ACC President wishes both TCF and ACC continue working together as ever for the development of cycling in Turkmenistan in coming years

As the UCI Representative, Mr. Cho, H. W., ACC President attended the 2011-2012 UCI Track World Cup Classics in Beijing which was held from 13th–15thJan at Laoshan Veldrome in Beijing, the 2008 Beijing Olympics Velodrome.
 
He awarded medals to the medalists for the 7 track events during the World Cup Classics,  the last edition of the said Events, which has been annually held in Beijing from 2008, while Mr. Choi, ACC Secretary General awarded flowers to those honored.

The 1st Meeting of the ACC Management Committees for 2012 was held at Hotel Royal at 2 p.m. on 12th Feb 2012 and discussed/decided on the followings:

- The financial report for 2011 was made to the Meeting and the MC decided to approve it by a unanimous decision;

- The MC decided to create the ACC Trials Committee chaired by Mr. Zangiabadi, President of Iran Cycling Federation;

- The 2013 Asian MTB Championship was awarded to China. The dates and venues would be known in due time;

 The 2012 ACC Statutory Congress has been taken place on 13thFeb at Hotel Royal, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at 10:00 hrs with the national delegations from 31 NF affiliated to the ACC, and Mr. Pat McQuaid, UCI President present.

Succeeding Mr. K. P. P. Pathirana, outgoing President of SLCF, Air–Vice Marshal Gagana Bulathsinghala took over Chairman of Interim Administration Committee for SLCF in Feb, 2012.
 
It was known that SLCF would continue to develop cycling activities in Sri Lanka under the leadership of ACM Bulathsinghala, an air force 3-star General.
