The ACC management Committee of 12th Feb 2012 at Kuala Lumpur decided to create the ACC Trials Committee chaired by Mr. Ali- Zangiabadi, President of IRI Cycling Federation.
 
This Committee, the 1stofficial trials activity ever in Asia was proposed to the MC by Mr. Zangziabadi will be supposed to take care of every step needed for promoting this spectacular cycling discipline in the Asian Continent, where only a few NF are known to practice it at the moment.
 

UCI has decided to establish the new qualification of 밬CI Elite National Commissaire�(ENC) with a status between that of National and International Commissaire. To this end, 뱓he UCI National Elite Commissaire Course for Road Cycling� is going to be organized under a NFDF in June, 2012 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in collaboration between the UCI, ACC and Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) as follows:
 
1)      Name of the Course: The 2012 UCI National Elite Commissaire Course for Road Cycling in Malaysia;

Major General Decha Hemkasri, Secretary General, ACC and ACC Vice President was promoted to a 3-star Thai Army General (Lieutenant General) on 1stApril, 2012, and was newly assigned to Assistant Chief of the Army, Ministry of Defense.
 
Regardless his promotion, he was known to keep his position in cycling sport as Secretary General, Thai Cycling Association, and ACC Vice President committing himself both in military and cycling sport affaires.
 

Due to an application from the Iranian Cycling Federation, an international Trials cycling event is registered on the 2012 UCI Trials Calendar. This event which is named "Pars Trials Cup" is the first international Trials event in Asia.

Cycling  federation of Iran took their first step to promote Trials Cycling in the continent. As a development programme, the CFI wishes to invite all Asian countries to present themselves in this international event so that the talents could be found and the 1st Asian Trials Championships could be counducted in 2013.

ACC Trials Committee which has been created since the ACC Management Committee meeting in Kuala Lumpur on Feb 12th, 2012 has planned this course as a part of the development program of Trials cycing in Asia. This committee which is chaired by Mr. Ali Zangiabadi, president of Iranian cycling federation, has taken its first step by registering "Pars Trials Cup" as first international Trials event in the continent.

The Thai Version of 뱓he UCI Constitution and Regulation 2012� was published in January, 2012 for the 1st time ever in the long history of Thai Cycling Association TCA).
 
ACM Chanin, President of TCA announced that the publication was made to honor and celebrate the 3 auspicious occasions: firstly, His Majesty the King뭩 7-circle birthday anniversary; secondly, the Queen뭩 80th birthday anniversary on 12thAug, 2012, and thirdly, the Prince Maha Chakri Mahavachiralongkorn뭩 60th birthday anniversary on 28thJuly, 2012.
 

The 5th round of the UCI Women Road World Cup series was taken place in Chongming Island, China on Sunday,13thMay, where Mr. Cho, Hee Wook (ACC President) was present as the UCI Representative along with Mr. Choi, Boo Woong, ACC Secretary General.
 
The World Cup was represented by 18 Teams from Asia, Europe and America, and Shelly Olds from AA Drink of America became the winner followed by Melissa Hoskins and Monia Baccaille. Significant with the Asian Teams was that the Korean National Team which finished the second in the team classification.
 

Lebanon Cycling Federation (LCF), the Organizing NF of the 2012 Asian MTB Championships notified that the original schedule for the Events (16th-19thAug, 2012) had to be postponed to the month of Oct, 2012 (tentatively 11th through 14th Oct) due to its internal situation, known as being associated with its religious considerations including the Islamic Ramadan.
 

The ACC decided to organize the 2012 Asian MTB Championships in Lebanon from 11th to 14thOctober.
 
This change, of course, will definitely entail the change of the initial date for the next ACC Management Committee Meeting which was originally scheduled for 16thAug, 2012. The new date for the next MC will be rescheduled for a date in the month of October, 2012 at the recommendation of the Organizing NF, Lebanon Cycling Federation.

The 2nd ACC MC of the year was organized in Baskinta, Lebanon on 11th Oct during the period of the 2012 Asian MTB Championships, the 1st ever of this kind in the Middle East to discuss/decide the important matters including awarding of the 2104 Asian Track and Road Cycling Championships to Kazakhstan, which will be scheduled for the month of July 2014 at Astana City.
